RFQ Details

Dear Sirs,

I am writing to introduce our company ERCON Product which is a large Russian producer of condensed milk and canned vegetables.

At the moment we are extending the range of our products and are looking for a supplier who could produce canned pineapples in syrup under our trade mark.

Our products are sold in all Russian regions and also abroad, and our trade mark is well-known through all the territory of Russia. So we are interested in establishing long-terms relations with a reliable partner. As you will see below, we are interested not only in one or two shipments, but in constant and regular deliveries.

Please, could you quote your prices for a carton of canned pineapples on FOB basis (specifying how many tins are there in a carton and in a container).

Here are the details of the request:

canned pineapple, slices and pieces, in light syrup (Queen or Cayenne variety),
volume of a tin - 580ml
net weight 565 gr (also specify your net drained weight),
our own brand (our label),
delivery by sea, 20' DC containers, by our own transport
first 1 or 2 shipments 2-3 FCL, then 4 FCL every month, that is about 40-50 FCL a year.

Please, let us know when you are expecting a new crop, what volume of canned pineapples you suppose to produce and if you have worked with Russian partners before.
